SIZES

Luxurious sofa beds are available in seven sizes, single, duplex (double single), twin or double twin, full and queen. 

SEATING & SLEEPING COMFORT

Exclusive seat suspension design provides luxurious and consistent seating, next to the arms as well as at the center.  “Dished” siderails, ample seat pitch.  No “seat crown” or sag after use.

Outstanding sleeping comfort.  The unit opens to a level normal height bed.  The link fabric is stretched tautly and cross wires “dished” to provide a firm, comfortable sleeping surface.

THE MECHANISM

Units are perfectly balanced for smooth, single-action opening and closing.  All units have rounded tubing at corners, sides are low and smooth.   Super deluxe fold-twice mechanism featuring the exclusive lock-down bar for easy opening and closing, powerful, smooth operating and trouble free.  Mattress retainer clips at top and bottom, and pop-up TV Headrest.  The mechanism deck features a heavy duty nylon/polypropylene trampoline braced with heavy gauge cross wires, attached to the mechanism with torsion springs.  There is no bar in the middle!

THE MATTRESS

All mattress are available on twin, full and queen size.

Spring Air  

The engineered features that make a Spring Air mattress the most comfortable sleep sofa are:

• Innovative technology combines spring coil support with a cushioning layer of air.
• Distributes body weight evenly for ideal ergonomic support.
• Air cushion layer adjusts from plush firm to supportive soft level.

Deluxe

Super deluxe custom specification 5 ½” innerspring mattress covered in flame retardant deluxe white damask quilted cover, ring attached at 5” intervals to prevent cover shift.  13.5 Gauge low-coil Bonnell units with 390 coils /queen size.  Coils are covered by a layer of permolator insulator and 1 ½” thick polyurethane pad.  Two baffles constructed at mattress fold points absorb stress and facilitate folding.

 TAILORING DETAILS

All unit mechanisms and base interiors are self decked in the matching fabric, enhancing the overall appearance, and preventing the exposure of tell-tale decking between the cushions when the sleeper is closed.  Soft edge fronts are featured on all units for extra seating comfort and increased cushion life.
