Our catalog is just a starting point, all styles and modules can be customized to suit your client’s needs and architectural requirements.

We pride ourselves on putting more into our product, using only the highest quality kiln dried hardwoods of high dimensions, spring systems customized for the application, and standard cushioning featuring the most technologically advanced polyurethane foam available in the world today, with luxurious Springdown and Ultradown options. You may order from a vast selection of quality in-stock fabrics, or supply your own material or leather. With twenty five years of experience in custom furniture manufacturing you can be assured that we will treat your C.O.M.’s with the utmost respect, and pay attention to the smallest detail.

MODUS is dedicated to building only quality upholstery. Orders are produced one at a time at our Fort Lauderdale - Florida manufacturing facility, and inspected throughout each stage of the construction process to ensure that the end product meets the highest standards. Each craftsman is a highly trained specialist in a specific area of production; pattern making, fabric cutting, frame building, spring construction, upholstering, pillow filling and finishing. Because all furniture is handcrafted to order, dimensions are approximate and may vary depending on fabric and individual craftsmanship. As a testament to the confidence we have in our product, each custom creation is covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty.
